By booking a service with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below. These terms represent the complete agreement between the Client and Dk-Photography. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
1. Booking & Cancellation
- A 50% booking fee is required to secure your date. This amount is non-refundable.
- If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the full payment is due.
- Cancellations must be made in writing (Email/WhatsApp message/Call).
- Postponements are allowed subject to our availability. Rescheduling charges may apply.
2. Payment Terms
- 20% Advance Payment (for booking confirmation).
- 80% on the day of the event.
No albums, frames, or videos will be delivered until the balance is fully cleared.
3. Event Timings & Coverage
- Photography/Videography coverage begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the agreed finish time.
- Any extra hours will be billed additionally and must be paid before final delivery.
- Changes in timing or venue must be communicated in advance.
4. Cooperation & Responsibilities
- Client cooperation is essential to achieve the best results.
- A family member/friend should assist in pointing out key people and helping with group photos.
- The Photographer will not be responsible for missed moments if the Client fails to inform them about important rituals/events.
- Guests who refuse photos will not be forced, and we are not liable for their absence in pictures.
5. Delivery Timeline
- Pre-Wedding / Engagement – 3-5 weeks. (depending on coverage & season).
- Wedding – 5-7 weeks (depending on coverage & season).
- Maternity, Baby, Model Shoots – 2-3 weeks. (depending on coverage & season).
- Albums – Client must select photos within 3 months of receiving raw images. Delay in selection may delay delivery.
- Videos – Edited videos will take 3-5 weeks; cinematic edits may take 4-6 weeks.
6. Albums & Video Editing
- Albums: A digital preview will be shared before printing. No changes can be made once finalized.
- Videos: Songs/music are chosen based on our expertise unless the Client provides their choice beforehand.
- Only corrections for technical errors will be considered post-edit.
7. Drone & Special Equipment
- Drone usage is subject to weather, location permissions, and safety regulations.
- Certain areas (airports, military zones, etc.) may restrict drone operations.
8. Copyright & Usage
- Photographer retains copyright of all images/videos.
- Clients may share and print photos for personal use.
- Any commercial use (advertising, resale, publishing) requires written permission.
- The Photographer reserves the right to use photos/videos for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
9. Model Release
By booking, Clients grant permission to use their images/videos for editorial, advertising, or promotional purposes without liability.
10. Backup & File Handling
- Final photos/videos will be stored with us for 6 months only.
- After this period, we are not responsible for any data loss.
11. Travel & Accommodation
- For outstation events, accommodation & meals must be provided by the Client, or additional charges will apply.
12. Photographer’s Substitution
In case of unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency), we reserve the right to send a qualified replacement photographer/videographer.
13. Complaints
- Complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receiving the final delivery.
14. Disclaimer
Dk-photography reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions anytime. Updates will be reflected on this page.
